Kaori Fujimiya (Haruna Kawaguchi) transfers to her current school while in the third semester of the first grade and has a tendency to stay away from others. Yuki Hase (Kento Yamazaki) is fascinated with Kaori and asks her to be friends with him. However, she flatly rejects his request. Although he repeatedly visits her on the school roof, her answer is always no.
The movie, which is based on the anime by the same name, is a mix of The Notebook and 50 First Dates. Kaori forgets every friendly interaction she has after a week due to an accident.
